User Agreement – 365 Rent a Car

Welcome to 365 Rent a Car. By using our services, website, or mobile application, you agree to follow these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle in Pakistan, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid Pakistani driving license.
• Provide accurate personal and payment information.

2. Vehicle Use

• All vehicles must be driven responsibly and in accordance with Pakistan traffic laws.
• You are responsible for any fines, traffic tickets, or legal penalties during your rental.
• Smoking, alcohol, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings must be made through our official website, app, or authorized partners.
• Payment must be completed at booking or vehicle pickup.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking due to invalid information, safety concerns, or vehicle unavailability.

4. Deposits and Insurance

• A refundable security deposit may be required at pickup.
• Passenger and vehicle insurance is available as per Pakistan regulations. Coverage details will be provided at booking.
• Customers are responsible for any damages not covered under the chosen insurance.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must follow our cancellation policy mentioned during booking.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.

6. Liability

• 365 Rent a Car is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
• We are not liable for accidents, damages, or injuries caused by misuse of the vehicle.
• Customers agree to indemnify and hold 365 Rent a Car harmless from any claims arising from the rental.

7. Termination

• We can terminate your rental if you violate these terms.
• All outstanding payments must be settled immediately upon termination.

8. Privacy

• Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• We ensure the confidentiality and security of your data.

9. Changes to Terms

• 365 Rent a Car may update this User Agreement at any time.
• Users will be notified of major changes via email or website notifications.

10. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan.
• Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

By using 365 Rent a Car services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this User Agreement.
